Cancellation Policy:

Registration cancellations must be made no less than 10 business days prior to the first day of class to receive a reimbursement of tuition

• 2.  When the file has completed downloading, select "open from source."
• 3.  Next, select "print" on your computer.
• 4.  When you have completed the form, please enclose a check or money order made payable to I.I.I.
• 5.  Return the completed form and check to:
